Belgian authorities are searching for a fugitive who escaped from a Saint-Hubert prison near the Luxembourg border on Wednesday, though the man is not considered particularly dangerous.

An inmate is on the run after escaping from a semi-open prison in Saint-Hubert, Belgium, around 25 km from the Luxembourg border.

The escape happened on Wednesday, when six prisoners climbed over a six-metre-high wall. Five were quickly recaptured, but one remains at large.

Authorities say the fugitive is not considered particularly dangerous, according to the public prosecutor’s office of the Province de Luxembourg.
